All Programs -The following information is required for all programs:
- A completed application - This can be done on line or sent to us by FAX or mail. To apply on-line, click on the Apply link at the top or bottom of any page on the site, and then choose the course you would like to apply for, or click on the Apply Now button at the bottom of any of the Course description pages to go straight to the application for that specific course.
- A US$250 deposit payable by check, Master Card, Visa, or money order More info on payment and refund policies
- A signed release form Click here for printable version.
- A copy of your passport showing your picture and an expiration date 6 months after the end of your course.
- 6 color passport photos
- A letter from your University stating that you are a matriculating or matriculated student.

- A description of any training or certification as well as experience in teaching English as a Second Language.
