Below please find our policies regarding payment and refunds. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns.
EducAsian Official Payment Schedule
- Application Deadline: 6 weeks before program starts for all Chinese Language Programs, 8 weeks for Study and Travel and Business / Internship Programs.
(See specific course for exact date.)
- Late Applications: If an application is accepted after the application deadline, the applicant must pay a non-refundable late application fee of US$125.
- Deposit: No application is deemed complete until a deposit of $250 is received. The deposit may be paid at anytime before the application deadline, but both program availability and housing option availability are based on a first come first serve basis
Note: The deposit is applied to the overall cost of the program.

EducAsian Official Refund Policy
All Programs (except Teach in China):
- Before Application Deadline: $250 Application Deposit retained as credit against another EducAsian Program
- After First Payment up until 15 days before program start date: Deposit NON-Refundable. 90% of all other monies (excluding deposit) refunded, or 100% applied to later program.
(Note: Program start date is defined as the date on the website for the program applied to, or as specified on participants invoice.)
- Within 14 days of program start date but before arrival in China Deposit NON-Refundable. 70% of all other monies (excluding deposit) refunded, or 100% applied to later program.
- After arrival and within first week of classes: Refund of half of program cost
- After first week of classes: No Refund except in cases of medical or family emergency. Amount of refund in this case will be determined on a case by case basis.
Teach in China Programs
- Before arrival in China: Refund of Fee minus $125 deposit and $125 Cancelation Fee
- After Arrival in China: No Refund
