 On the City Wall in Xian

Xian is one of the most visited cities in China, and for good reason. The sites and history are fascinating. EducAsian offers a trip to Xian during all seasons, and as part of many of our travel programs. In addition, semester long courses in Mandarin Chinese are offered at one of China's most famous universities, Xian Jiaotong University.

Participants on Chinese language programs can choose to add the long weekend trip to Xian. This optional trip includes all transportation, 3 meals a day and all sight seeing and excursions. Below is a typical itinerary for our trip to Xian:

Day 1
- Morning arrival Xian, walking tour of inner city (Great Muslim Temple, Drum Tower, Bell Tower, Bei Lin, City Wall) |
Day 2
- Big Goose Pagoda, Ban Po Neolithic Village, Terracotta Warriors, Hua Qing Pools |
Day 3
- Free morning, afternoon flight to Beijing, Kunming or other destination. |
Housing:
We will stay at the Bell Tower Hotel (4 star) |
Meals:
Daily western breakfast buffet. Lunch and dinners included.
Evening
1: All-you-can-eat hotpot dinner.
Evening 2: 18 different types of dumplings at Zhang De Fang, Xian's most famous restaurant. |
