Established in 1898 Beiijing University (commonly called Bei Da) is by far the most well respected and prestegious university in China. Located in the heart of Beijing's Haidian district on a beautiful park like campus filled with traditional style Chinese architecture. The University has 14 colleges and 17 departments with 86 undergraduate programs. There are 13,164 undergraduates, and an additional 10,000 or so graduate and doctoral students. Bei Da is home to the Beijing portion of EducAsian's Language, Business and Culture Program. The University is about a ten minute (no traffic) cab ride or 20 minute bike ride to our office and China headquarters where the EducAsian Student Lounge and Multi-Media Resource Center are located. |
